A superb interiors piece! A 19th century Victorian free standing or wall hanging stripped pine display cabinet/bookcase. The glazed doors with original brass fittings inside and out, open up to reveal a lovely painted interior with an arrangement of sturdy shelving. The left door clicks snugly and purposely shut into a central brass catch. The right door then closes by turning the brass knob handle into it which is a neat little mechanism. The back shows all original boards and brass hanger fixings if required.
A well proportioned and characterful antique cabinet or bookcase displaying an enviable look in great original order. The aesthetics here are matched by its versatility and function.
